I have one head office and two branches that belong to a consolidation subsidiary. Chart of Account Distribution – export and import was successful. However on performing Consolidation Account Mapping on Branch machines, the Chart of Accounts are empty, only two accounts show up. The above process went fine for Head Office but not for either of the branches. In addition, the above works fine in Intercompany 1.1.Any ideas.

Is Chart of Account structure is identical in Branch and Consolidation Company? If the chart of account structure is not identical then you need to manually map the Branch company account with the consolidation company account in Consolidation Account Mapping window in SAP Business One.Also you need to check whether consolidation company account imported successfully in branch company or not. You can view the consolidation chart of accounts from the SAP Business One Main Menu: Consolidation -> Consolidation Chart of Accounts. If the Consolidation company account does not exist in the Consolidation Chart of Accounts window then you need to Export/ Import the chart of account again.lso let us know the SAP and Intercompany Version you are using.
