Your SAP Business One partner sends you the quote and stays your partner; without one, we introduce a Walldorf partner in your country.
Pay, and support starts
You get the current version and a licence key; your partner, or your team with our implementation toolkit, replaces the old add-on.

Before you move
No. It is the same software. The installer runs in upgrade mode, the old add-on is replaced by the Walldorf add-on, and the licence key is entered in the administration console. Your data and set-up stay.
Yes. Intercompany's user count must match your SAP Business One users. With the contract you can add users on the same install at any time.
The Walldorf licence stops at the end of the paid year. To go on without a contract you would remove the Walldorf version and reinstall the version you had before, with no further updates or support.
One year. It renews each year on 1 January, together with your other Walldorf licences, unless you cancel.
It is the same product, from the same team that built it. New versions, for new SAP Business One releases, come from Walldorf.
No. Intercompany and Integration Hub are separate products with separate licences.
