How do I buy?

Through your SAP Business One partner: find one in your country. Partners order here for their customers. A company can also create an account and order for itself.

When do annual licences renew?

All your annual licences renew together on 1 January, on one invoice. A new licence's first renewal is charged by the day up to that date.

How does the volume price work?

The price per user follows the total number of users your company holds of that product. Example: you hold 40 users and buy 15 more; all 15 are priced at the 50–99 users price, $220.

How can I pay?

By card, paid at once, or by bank transfer: the licences start when the payment arrives. Credit cards are recommended for monthly plans.

Is tax included?

Prices are before tax. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number at checkout.
