Licensing
One Intercompany user for each SAP Business One user
Intercompany stops working if the two numbers do not match, so buy the same number as your SAP Business One users.
Annual
$240 per user a year, less from 50 users. Renews with all your licences on 1 January.
Monthly
$24 per user a month, less from 100. Credit cards recommended; bank transfers paid before each month.

The volume price counts your total. Lower the number at renewal.
