Retain an Intercompany Specialist for one named customer as a part of its internal team on a monthly retainer for a fixed fee. A specialist is a Technical Account Manager with over ten years of Intercompany Experience.

With this service, you have dedicated 40 hours per month for your regular Intercompany operations, tweaking configurations, Consulting, and Training. You can use the 40 hours per month at any time. For example, you may ask your TAM to dedicate 1 hour daily to application maintenance or use your TAM for a specific project. If the 40 hours retainer service is not used during the month, the remaining hours lapse at the end of the month.
