Dedicated Technical Account Manager
You will have a ‘named’ dedicated account manager to assist with your technical support. Use our free onboarding service to assist your current customer’s migration to the Walldorf version. On your request, your TAM can conduct a free Technical Audit service to review all your current Intercompany installations to submit a report. The report gives you recommendations on configuration changes to optimize Intercompany, performance improvement ideas and many other important tips.

Maintenance & Support for your existing Intercompany Solution
As the developers of the Intercompany Solution, we have been providing regular updates/ upgrades and support to SAP for over the past ten years. Starting January 1, 2023, all existing customers (and partners) can purchase this support package for their existing install.
Includes access to online support, phone and email support, regular bugfixes and updates, all major upgrade version license, and the ability to purchase additional Intercompany licenses on your current install. If you had purchased the Intercompany Solution license from one of our major distributors and looking for a dedicated support package, this is the option for you. With this package, you will be able to purchase additional Intercompany licenses for your current install. All new purchase of additional Intercompany license includes this maintenance and support package.
With the Maintenance & Support package, you can:

- Create online tickets for your product issues
- Access extensive knowledge base in the support portal
- Receive regular bugfixes and updates
- Receive all major version upgrades

- Ability to buy additional Intercompany Licenses
The Maintenance & Support package is included in all new Intercompany Solution license purchases.
Licensing is based on the existing number of SAP Business One licenses in your company. For example, if you have 23 SAP Business Licenses, you should purchase 23 user subscriptions to this maintenance and support package. Intercompany will stop working if there is a license mismatch between your SAP B1 license and Intercompany license.
Important: The ‘Maintenance and Support Package’ is an offering for the existing users to migrate to the Walldorf version of Intercompany. This offering includes the Walldorf version of Intercompany Solution, which is functionally identical to the SAP Intercompany Solution. The only difference is the licensing mechanism. SAP Software licensing is managed by SAP, while our software licensing is managed by Walldorf. This package is not a support offering to maintain or support any SAP software. This package is a new annual subscription license for Intercompany at a discounted fee.
