Administration and health check
A support ticket from inside Intercompany
Create a ticket with your system details filled in.
What it does
Setup › System Status › run the health check › "Create a support ticket": the system information is filled in and the health-check result is attached.
When you need it: A faster answer from support, without back-and-forth.
How it works
- In the console open Setup › System Status, choose the "SLD Category", press "Initiate System Health Check", confirm, and press "Start".
- Press "Enter" to add the SAP Business One application details.
- Press "Create a Support Ticket". The ticket is opened from the health-check dashboard with the system data filled in and the XML result of the check attached.
- If you prefer to open the ticket yourself, press "Download for Support" and attach the exported file.
Set it up
The button sits on the health-check screen itself, under Setup › System Status. Before sending, "Display" opens each module's data so you can see what goes to support.
Since: Version 51 (February 2024): the system health check with its support export.
Good to know
- The point is fewer questions back and forth: the support team gets versions, settings and module statuses with the first message.
- Since version 51, the SAP Business One "Support" user can log on without an Intercompany licence, so a partner's support person does not take a licence away from a named user.
