Legal Agreements
This page provides access to the legal agreements that govern your access to and use of Walldorf software and services. The agreements that apply to you depend on your role as an end customer or an authorized partner and will be presented to you for acceptance at the time of signup, checkout, or onboarding.
For Customers (End Users)
Customers purchasing or using Walldorf software for their own internal business purposes.
The following agreements apply to customers who purchase, access, or use Walldorf software as end users, whether the software is obtained directly from Walldorf or through an authorized partner.
These agreements apply regardless of whether you purchase directly from Walldorf or through an authorized partner.
By accessing or using Walldorf software as an end customer, you agree to the applicable agreements listed below:
- End User License Agreement (EULA)
Governs your rights to access and use Walldorf software on a subscription or trial basis. - Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Describes applicable service availability commitments and support-related terms for subscription services, where applicable. - Privacy Policy
Describes how Walldorf collects, uses, and protects personal data. - Cookie Policy
Explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on Walldorf websites and services. - Third Party Code in Walldorf Products
Identifies third-party software components included in Walldorf products and the applicable open-source or third-party license terms.
For Partners (Resellers)
Companies authorized to resell, distribute, implement, or support Walldorf software.
Partners are required to accept the Reseller Agreement separately as part of partner onboarding, reseller transactions, or partner access to Walldorf systems.
The following agreements apply only to authorized partners acting as resellers, distributors, or implementation partners. These agreements do not apply to end customers purchasing software solely for their own internal use.
- Reseller Agreement
Governs the commercial, ordering, invoicing, resale, and partner relationship between Walldorf and authorized partners. - End User License Agreement (EULA)
