Licensing

The Intercompany solution purchased from Walldorf Solutions comes with 14 days of the trial and supports subscription-based licensing. The customer needs to pay a recurring subscription fee to use the product.

You may buy the Intercompany solution from SAP or from Walldorf Solutions. Both the products are exactly the same. SAP Licensing is perpetual while Walldorf license is Subscription-based.

If you purchased an Intercompany solution from SAP, you will need to buy additional licenses from SAP, whenever required. Walldorf Solutions licensing model does not recognize SAP license. Licensing is not interchangeable.

Installing the product

Install Intercompany Solution

To perform the installation of Intercompany Solution, you need to complete the Integration Solutions add-on and Integration Solutions Installer installation.
Afterward, perform the Intercompany setup’s in the Intercompany administration console and in SAP Business One.

Activating and Assigning License

Assign your License

You may assign the license in the Intercompany administration console. During deployment, the application prompts you to provide the license details. Provide the Email, System Type and License Key information and choose the Save button.

Activate your license

You can activate the license from Manage License option available in the Intercompany Solution Administration Console. In the activate section of the Manage License provide the new license information as Email, System Type, and new License Key and choose Save.
