G/L Accounts Replication
In versions 47 and later, the introduction of a centralized strategy for replicating General Ledger (G/L) accounts across branch companies offers a systematic approach to managing the Chart of Accounts within an organization's database. This replication of G/L accounts ensures not only consistency in financial reporting but also promotes streamlined data management. The adoption of this approach allows organizations to simplify accounting processes throughout the entire organizational structure, leading to enhanced efficiency and a more consistent financial framework.
UDF/ UDF Structure Replication
In version 48 and subsequent releases, the inclusion of UDF (User-Defined Field) and UDT (User-Defined Table) Structure Replication has been introduced. Replicating UDF and UDT structures across multiple companies serves to streamline data management, bolster data integrity, and elevate the functionality of custom data fields and tables. This enhancement ensures a cohesive and standardized approach to handling user-defined data, contributing to improved consistency and usability across various entities within the system.
G/L Allocation Performance

Users can now enjoy a smoother and more responsive interaction with these functionalities, contributing to an overall improved performance and effectiveness in utilizing these features.
Supports Tax Code Replication
Starting from version 47 and continuing in later releases, Intercompany Trade now supports Setting-based Tax Code Replication. This functionality ensures that tax codes are replicated in intercompany trade documents only when there is a precise match in both tax codes and tax rates between the sending and receiving companies. This feature adds a layer of precision and consistency to tax-related processes within intercompany transactions, promoting accurate and reliable handling of tax information across different entities.
Replication of Currency sub-object
From version 50 onward, there is support for the replication of the currency sub-object in Business Partner (BP) master data within the Intercompany solution. This enhancement enables the replication of selected currencies from the "All Currencies" list in the business partner master data to the associated branch companies. This feature enhances flexibility and accuracy in managing currency-related information, providing users with the capability to replicate specific currencies across various entities, thereby optimizing currency-related configurations within the Intercompany solution.
New email notification
Commencing from version 47, a new feature has been introduced to provide email notifications for failed replications. This functionality allows users to set up email notifications specifically for failure messages, serving as a valuable means to stay informed about any issues within the system. In the event of a failure in either master or transaction replication, the configured user will receive an email notification containing the pertinent details, including the attached failed XML message payload. This notification system enhances proactive error management and facilitates swift resolution of any replication issues.
User-defined SQL Queries
Beginning with version 48, a new capability has been introduced: the Replication of User-defined SQL Queries. This feature enables the consistent replication of user-defined SQL queries across various branch companies. This functionality brings several advantages, including uniformity in reporting, centralized management of queries, and improved collaboration. By replicating user-defined SQL queries, organizations can facilitate cross-company analysis, save time, and enhance overall productivity. This enhancement underscores the commitment to providing tools that streamline data analysis and reporting processes across different entities within the system.
Creation of firm Documents
Commencing with version 48, there has been an enhancement in the direct creation of firm documents. This improvement allows users to exercise greater control and specificity by selecting particular intercompany marketing documents for replication as "Firm documents" in branch companies. This feature empowers users to tailor the data replication process according to their specific needs, offering a more targeted and efficient approach to managing intercompany marketing documents across various entities. Overall, this enhancement contributes to a more flexible and user-centric experience, providing organizations with finer control over the replication of firm documents.
