Licensing Model

• Licensing is user-based and aligned with your SAP Business One licenses
• You must purchase one Intercompany user subscription per SAP Business One user
• Example: If you have 23 SAP Business One licenses, you need 23 Intercompany user subscriptions
• Intercompany will stop working if there is a mismatch between SAP B1 and Intercompany user counts

Important (Monthly Plans):

• Credit cards are recommended for uninterrupted monthly renewals
